<p>Boss Tweed may have been the most powerful man in the city, but he was still tormented by Thomas Nast&#8217;s biting parodies of him as a cartoon. Decades later, Jules Feiffer took on Presidents from Eisenhower to Clinton in the pages of the Village Voice.
