The Happiest Medium Contest Guidelines

Eligibility

Contest is offered only electronically via the Internet and only within the fifty United States.

Contest is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States throughout the term of the Contest, who, as of time of entry, are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of The Happiest Medium and the Fringe Festival, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Selection of Winner

For Banshee of Bainbridge – winner is the first person to send notice to giveaways@thehappiestmedium.com.  Winner will be notified by email.

Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held after the contest deadline. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail.
